Allo, well it has been some kind of an on going adventure from there to here. There is all that i was before the accedent and here is just today. I have been calmer for about a week now; so hopefuly i have come to a resolve stage. I am alive and puttering on in this life without being angre; i am just here but that is better than the anger.
I have had a good weekend; i felt good. Friday i did tai chi by myself and when the instructor on the dvd said do such and such to the left or to the right i understtood Left and Right! Saturday while shopping i was able to add two sums together. we had bought about 20$ at one store and another purchase for 10$ and i was able to understand that we had spend about 30$
I have also experenced just being happy. I have been enjoying a new origami book with paper.
For my birthday Don suprized me with a special suprise gift. We were taken care of saturday errands and we stoped at Hastings and i bought two books; an origami book with paper and a book called "Rich Dad Poor Dad", and a page magnifier. After we left hastings we went to MO for coffee. While we were at MO i folded an origami tulip with new paper we had just purchased. Don excused himself to go to the car; he said he was going to get something. I figured he was going for his palm, but when he came back he handed me a package and said happy birthday. I got the best supirse; it was a polly pocket toy phone i had seen and wanted but would not buy. It is just the best gift. I love Polly Pockets. I collect the early compact stlye Polly Pockets.
Don took me out to eat at Coltons for my favorite meal of mau mau. The fish is grilled and taste as good as steak. ( i am allergic to beef; so in my search for alternatives i found this delictable food choise).
I am working on a quilt top. I have a need to be creative. I put away the paints for a little while; but i feel the need to go back to them. I have just got to get over the way things turn out and just go with it. Please pray about my painting and encourage me to paint and draw. I usually do not see the possiblities of a painiting in my suroudings; but the other day i looked out into a group of trees that sat on the bank of a pond and thought i would love to capture that scene with watercolors. It was a great moment to be able to visualize what i was seeing into a painting.
